Inspired
by the poem "Nurse's Song" by William Blake,
A Memory Encaptured takes the
"capturing a memory" part of photo taking to the next level in the
form of trapping the innocence of childhood within a bottle. This piece plays with the senses, from the emergence of spiced plums once the top is screwed off to the surprising delicateness of the capsule when held. It is only upon interaction where
A Memory Encaptured shows the fragility nature of preserving one's innocence.
